To preserve the Association's finances by saving money on a mailer, trying to navigate the weather well in advance, and due to lack of participation in the Spring sales, the Kingston Boards have foregone the Spring Garage Sales in 2023. Residents are still able to hold and advertise their own personal Garage Sales, but the Association will not be promoting the Spring Garage sale this year.
